We’re ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) Propertymark regulated letting agents and we fully comply with the guidelines and Code of Practice set out by ARLA. This means should anything go wrong, you get your money back!

We’re completely transparent in everything we do. We have a simple fee structure with absolutely no hidden fees and nothing charged until a tenant moves into a property. We charge a monthly property management fee of 10%+VAT and a marketing fee of £250+VAT for each new tenancy

At Gallus Property we like to ensure our Tenants feel as valued as our Landlords, that’s why prior to the Tenancy starting we will create a handy guide which explains the heating system, water isolation and any other useful information for the Tenant. We give each Tenant a radiator bleeding key, some small screwdrivers and a key-ring with a scannable QR Code which links to our website.

We try to sign as many documents as we can online, we even do a video walkthrough with an online link for Tenants and Landlords to view. These small touches make life easier for everyone. We do our best, as any letting agency in Glasgow should.

We understand that prospective tenants can be busy and that’s why we always offer flexible viewing times outside of office hours and we’re always on the other end of the phone if needed, 24/7
